Australian Wattle Trees

Wattles grow naturally in almost all parts of Australia. In size they range from the tall blackwoods, reaching 30 metres or more to a small A. pilosa which is rarely more than 20 centimetres in height.

Wattle timber is milled for top quality furniture and veneers where its beautifully patterned grain can be displayed.
